Jim Burke

Jim has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry with 26 years of it in Dialysis.

Jim has diverse and broad-reaching experience in the construction, cost, and facility management
industry.  He has managed multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously at any given time.  He has
hands-on experience as an Owner’s Representative and as a General Contractor, handling multi-million-
dollar projects from inception to completion.  This experience includes the development of Dialysis
Centers which includes preliminary budgets, leasing, design, planning, project bid development, contract
development and negotiations, labor and contractor management, project closeout, and post-project
review and management.  Jim has a proven track record for completing projects on schedule and within
budget.

Over Jim’s career he has completed approximately 220 Dialysis Facilities totaling $170 million in work
for various providers including remediation, renovations, and ground-up buildings. He has completed
various other construction projects totaling $8 Million of work in a single year.
